Quick Guide on Shipping
- 1-3 business days for items to be crafted by hand *before* shipment. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays.
Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery for United States Buyers:
- Standard Mail: Beginning at $4.00 / estimated 2-7 business days to delivery
- Priority Mail: Beginning at $7.50 / estimated 1-3 business days to delivery
- Priority Mail Express: Beginning at $24.00 / estimated 1-2 business days to delivery

- Standard Mail: Beginning at $15 / no estimated delivery date, but normally delivered within 2-4 week range, but depends entirely upon the country and customs process
We believe in providing excellent customer service and want you to be happy with your shopping experience! The following policies enable us to provide great customer service and help you to know what to expect in every part of your shopping experience. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express/Amex, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club) or paypal.
Texas residents will have sales tax applied to the order.
Custom orders require payment before the item is created. After payment, the project will be created. After project creation a picture of the item will be shared with the buyer to approve before shipping.
We comply with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards.
If you are interested in placing a bulk order, whether of the same item (with personalization variations) or several different items, please contact us directly to see if this is possible. We happily fulfill bulk orders whenever our inventory levels allow for it.
Currently 1-3 business days for the item(s) to be reached in the order queue and be created by hand *BEFORE* shipping. We thank you for your business!
Processing time is the time in which your order is reached in the order queue and then carefully hand crafted. Shipping time begins the business day after the package has been submitted to USPS.
Processing time and shipping are separate processes. To get an estimated delivery date of item to your destination, calculate the following:
current shop processing time (days) + shipping method (days) = estimated days to delivery
Business days are Monday through Friday. Packages are normally mailed Monday through Friday. Exceptions are national holidays / USPS holidays.
Each item is mailed in a small gift box inside a pretty organza bag. A business card is included. No printed receipts are included since they are available online.
Methods of Shipping
-United States Orders-
- USPS First Class Mail: Shipping (not including shop processing time) normally takes 2-7 business days, beginning the day after the package is accepted by USPS.
- USPS Priority Mail: Shipping (not including shop processing time) normally takes 2-3 business days, beginning the day after the package is accepted by USPS.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Shipping (not including shop processing time) normally takes 1-2 business days, beginning the day after the package is accepted by USPS. Occasionally a package can be delayed; USPS *does* guarantee this time frame, so if they are unable to complete the delivery in the given time frame, we can submit a form for a refund.
- On rare occasion, a package may be delayed. USPS does not guarantee a specific delivery date (estimates only) for First Class and Priority. However, the majority of the time they are timely and follow through on the given time range estimate.
-International Orders (countries outside of the United States)-
- USPS First Class International Mail: Shipping (not including shop processing time) typically takes anywhere from 1-6 weeks; how long depends on each individual country and customs process. USPS does not give an estimated delivery date or a guaranteed delivery date. The buyer is responsible for any and all custom fees. We do not receive any information about customs fees. Custom fees are between the buyer and their country's customs office.
Each item is packaged as a gift. The item is secured inside of a lovely small gift box that goes in a beautiful organza bag. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time. You can add items to your cart and proceed through stage one (customer information) of checkout to see current shipping charges. Shipping cost varies depending on amount of items.
- First Class: Beginning at $4.00
- Priority: Beginning at $7.50
- Priority Express: Beginning at $24
- First Class: Beginning at $15
Tracking Information: It normally takes at least 24 hours to display tracking information on a package after it is submitted into the mail system. Rest assured knowing that once a package is marked as shipped then it is on its way to you. USPS does not always scan packages at every location.
For U.S. Shipments: If in the rare case your package does not arrive within a week of the specified shipping frame given here, please contact us with your order number and we may be able to open a case at that point with USPS so they can launch a formal investigation.
Delayed Delivery: Occasionally USPS can have unusual delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances which may cause your package to be delayed. International shipping can take up to 6 weeks so please wait patiently with us as the postal services get your package to you. Feel free to contact us with any questions and we will be glad to assist you. We make sure every customer receives their order!
For packages within the United States: Please note that USPS gives estimated delivery times, but USPS does not guarantee a specific delivery date for first class or priority mail. USPS is normally accurate in delivering packages in the estimated time frames, but on occasion it can take longer. Therefore we cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates since USPS does not guarantee. If a substantial delay occurs, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the matter with USPS. It may take several business days or more to receive a response from USPS during a formal investigation of a delayed package.
USPS does guarantee priority mail express. If the package is not delivered in the given time range (2 business days after the package is submitted for shipment) then please contact us so we can submit a form to USPS to petition a refund.
Bead Brilliant's Guarantee: If in the rare case your package is severely delayed, we can contact USPS for more information and/or to launch a postal investigation. We will be glad to help you and will certainly make sure you receive your item OR if the package is declared lost by USPS then we will be glad to issue a refund. This is an extremely rare occurrence. On the rare occasion that a package should be declared lost, we strive to give excellent customer service and compensate you, even though it is the USPS' mistake and they do not normally compensate us for losing a package. We value our customers!
Custom Fees (countries outside of the U.S.)
Please note that if you live in a country outside of the United States, providing we ship to that country (we ship to many, but not all), you may be subject to custom fees that are charged by your country. We do not have any control over or information regarding those fees as they are instituted by your government directly to you. The buyer is responsible for any and all custom fees.
Submitting Accurate Information
Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. We often create and mail items quickly after submission of an order, therefore it is important to check all information for accuracy before submitting your order.
Incorrect Address Given by Buyer:
We mail the package to the address as given by the buyer. If there are any errors detected by USPS before the item is mailed, we will contact you to verify your address. This may delay shipment as we await a reply from you. Please note that we are not responsible for an incorrect or outdated address given by the buyer at checkout, as we have no way of knowing if an address has changed or is incorrect.
Processing Time Extension by Bead Brilliant:
Processing time may be extended or an order cancelled if we do not have all pertinent information for the order. We will contact via email to attempt retrieval of all information needed to fulfill an order. If there is an issue with the shipping address (if USPS detects an error) and there is no response from the buyer on how to correct it, the order may be cancelled.
We can accommodate cancellations provided we have not begun work on the item(s). We focus on fast shop processing time, which means we could begin work on your project at any point after you press the submit button. Please contact us if you wish to cancel the order and if we have not begun work then we will be able to cancel it for you. Orders cannot be cancelled if work has begun or has been finished, such as if the order has been packaged or mailed. See our returns policy below. On the rare occasion, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Regular Stock/Orders: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If there are any issues, please contact us so we can help resolve it. If you want to return an item, please send us an email. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is still in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once item is received a full refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost. (Custom orders are eligible for a 50% refund- see below.)
We take great care in our work and always triple check orders before they are mailed. If you think there may be an error with your order, please contact us with a picture of the item so we can help resolve any issues. A picture of the item allows us to confirm that you did purchase from Bead Brilliant and to observe any possible issues with the item. Our customers are very important and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns on Custom Orders: Due to the nature of original custom work (the time and expertise spent designing, conversing with customer, and creating) a 50% refund is available per item (excluding shipping costs). If you want to return an item, please contact us first to confirm. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is still in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received, a 50% refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
